Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT) was developed specifically to support children who use hearing aids and cochlear implants. Rather than being a bank of listening exercises, it aims to make every moment of the day an opportunity to learn through listening. One of its key elements is the active involvement of parents in enjoyable, practical everyday activities. We have organised AVT training with AVT therapist Elizabeth Tyszkiewicz. The training is delivered in English.
